Five Family Suppers is for young cooks aged around 12-16. The aim is increased autonomy in the kitchen, from understanding budgeting and planning to seasonality and seasoning. Only 1 of the 5 main courses will include animal protein to reflect the Cookery School ethos of sustainable, local and ethical food. Recipes are quick and easy but pack a punch when it comes to taste. The five main courses will be complemented by crunchy salads and delicious desserts.
