Contemporary Cooking – an 8 week progressive evening course

Introducing a progressive course for those wishing to build up solid kitchen confidence, our 8-week autumn course will suit complete beginners as well as established cooks eager to learn key techniques. Based on classic French building blocks, the recipes are all light, healthy and contemporary in line with the Cambridge Cookery School philosophy. The course will take you through pastry, sauces, fish and meat, desserts and baked goods.The course will run on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 – 9.00pm (excluding half term) starting on January 12th until March 9th 2011.
