Following the huge success and over subscription of our inaugural 2015 Safari, we are planning 2 safaris for 2016 – one in the spring/ early summer and one in the autumn/early winter. No need to worry about monsoon season as the Cookery school is rain and storm proof.

You won’t have to suffer low budget airline misery or dull in-flight food when you join our Round the Globe Food Safaris. If you love exploring food from around the world then join our trip and come along to cook and eat with likeminded people. This series of classes takes you on a whistle-stop tour of the gourmet hotspots of the world giving you the chance to create authentic dishes using vibrant ingredients.

We will be travelling east and our first stop is SE Asia. Join a core group for the entire journey and benefit from our frequent traveller’s discount or come along for individual destinations.
