One of our most popular courses, our Italian theme transform seasonal British produce into healthy and delicious meals based on northern Italian classics. This delightful summer class perfectly illustrates the elegant simplicity of some of the best northern Italian cooking starting off with Summer Focaccine, zucchini and mint soup which can be enjoyed hot or cold, Zucchini and cherry tomato Trifolati, Summer Carbonara including hand made pasta, whole roasted aromatic Trout, and a classic Panna Cotta served with rose scented summer berries.
We will start our morning with coffee, tea and something home baked while we introduce you to the kitchen and the recipes. When we finish cooking we will sit down to enjoy the dishes with a glass of chilled wine or two.
