One of our most popular courses, our Italian theme transform seasonal British produce into healthy and delicious meals based on northern Italian classics. This delightful summer class perfectly illustrates the elegant simplicity of some of the best northern Italian cooking including Involtini di Melanzane, a very easy yet delicious dish of summer zucchini and tomatoes, a Tuscan chicken dish redolent of lemon and garlic and a classic Panna Cotta served with rose scented summer berries.

We will start our morning with coffee, tea and something home baked while we introduce you to the kitchen and the recipes. When we finish cooking we will enjoy all the above dishes with a glass of chilled wine or two.
