Pasta master class with Liz Young

Fresh, hand made pasta is an absolute revelation! A feather light joy to eat and easy to make at home with a pasta machine – or using a rolling pin and plenty of elbow grease!
Cookery School partner Liz Young has worked for some of the world’s most discerning clients across the globe and her hand made pasta has wowed many a client! Liz will show you how easy it is to make good pasta dough, how to roll, cut, shape and create fillings.
The class will include recipes such as Tagliatelle, Lemon and fennel Tortellini, Rotollo with spinach and squash, Pasatelli as well as classic sauces such as fresh Pesto, Puttanesca and brown butter with sage.
As usual, the class is totally hands on and includes welcome coffee/tea with pastries and a sit down lunch with wine. Full recipe packs are also included. Buon Appetito!
