One-pot wonders

While the frost still lies thick, few things are more warming nor more easy than one-pot dishes – but they can be a tad too rustic so we have come up with simple recipes which still deliver a certain amount of elegance and packs a punch when it comes to flavour, aroma and health guaranteed to wow family and friends.
This class takes inspiration from all over the world and includes a superb light and fragrant Fish soup with saffron, a Greek Spinakopita, a Chicken with white wine and and lemon, a hot and tangy Chorizo and butter bean casserole and a spicy Lamb Hot Pot. Dessert is an indulgent Chocolate Cream.
Lunch with wine as well as a full recipe pack is included and we start the morning with coffee and tea and something home baked.
