Do you wish you had some of the classic building blocks of cooking under your belt?
This class covers some of the most useful classic techniques including perfect pastry, easy bread, classic saucesĀ such as mayonnaise and hollandaise as well as a few of the best loved dessert classics including Tarte au Citron and perfect Molten Chocolate Fondants.
You will come away from this class knowing why things happen the way they do and your cooking will become more predictable.
As always, we are completely hands-on so you go away having made everything, not just watched. A full recipe pack is included.
The class starts with coffee/tea and something home baked and we finish off with a lovely lunch with wine.
