Pasta Masterclass with legendary Ursula Ferrigno

Spend a Saturday with TV chef and author Ursula Ferrigno as she guides you through a pasta masterclass. A force of nature, passionate about teaching and with anencyclopeidc knowledge of Italian cooking, Ursula is an outstanding teacher and chef.
A meal is not a meal in Italy if pasta is not consumed in some form . It is very important and therefore eaten daily and enjoyed with boundless relish.
Creamy silky pasta is easy to achieve and Ursula is keen to share her Nonna’s tips and advice for perfect pasta that you will make time and time again . Ursula will show you how to make hand rolled and machine rolled pasta: Ravioli, tortellini and cannelloni. Plus the pairing of the all important sauces, and much more.
Make and roll your own pasta from scratch, and follow Ursula’s instructions on creating wonderful sauces and breads to accompany. The session culminates in a sit-down meal with wine and an opportunity to quiz Ursula on all things Italian.
