My Amalfi with legendary Ursula Ferrigno

Ursula is a force of nature and a passionate teacher of all things Italian! Her recipes are not only delicious but also fool-proof and this class is bursting with her childhood flavours. Growing up in a village south of Napoli, Ursula enjoyed delicious home cooking based on seasonal local ingredients such as Amalfi lemons and fennel, fresh almonds and the best Buffalo Mozzarella in the world.
This class includes simply delicious recipes including gnocchi with early summer tomatoes, Raviolini with saffron, Crostini with roasted vegetables and Mozzarella as well as an outstanding Pear, almond and lemon cake.
