Kitchen Classics

This intensive class starts with essential knife skills and moves on to classic sweet and savoury sauces including custard and mayonnaise. We make pastry, work on seasoning and aim to nail essential skills which will propel you towards more confident cooking at home.
As always, we are completely hands-on so you go away having made everything, not just watched. A full recipe pack is included.
The class starts with coffee/tea and something home baked and we finish off with a lovely lunch with wine.
