Join us for a wonderful seasonal class focusing on some of the most delicious breads from around the world. We we will make a spiced fruit loaf, Swedish saffron plats, a magnificent German Stollen and a Norwgian Julekake.
All breads are perfect for freezing, ready to be enjoyed over the holidays,
The class starts with fresh bread, tea and coffee and includes a light lunch with fresh bread and cheese. Full recipes are of course also inciuded,
