Atul Kochhar – Guest Chef Demo Session

Thursday, January 24th, 2013, 12.30pm - 2.00pm

Join Atul Kochhar, chef-patron of Michelin starred restaurant Benares, on January 24th at the Cambridge Cookery School for a cookery demonstration and tasting session.

This is a rare opportunity to sample the latest dishes from one of Briain’s most inspiring chefs.

This exclusive cookery demonstration invites you to join Atul in the kitchen for a 90 minute demonstration of his latest Modern Indian Dishes. Atul is known for his use of delicately spiced recipes full of flavour that reflect his take on Modern Indian food. Atul is an inspired tutor with a wonderfully willingness to share his skills and explain his cooking techniques. In addition to watching this celebrated chef in action you will also sample a large selection of brand new dishes.

Atul won his second Michelin star for Benares in 2007, and continues to reinvent and change the way people experience Indian food. Atul has also opened up the restaurant Ananda in Dublin and has his own restaurant Sindhu on P&O cruise ship Azura. Atul is also the author of two cookbooks, ‘Indian Essence’ and ‘Fish, Indian Style’, and is working on his third cook book, ‘Curries of the World’, scheduled to be released at end of 2012. We are honoured to welcome him to our kitchen.
