Gentlemen’s Relish – second gear

Thursday, September 26th, 2013, 7-10pm

This class can be enjoyed by beginners as well as more enthusiastic cooks. The class covers most of the classic skills including bread making, perfect steak, elegant dinner party chicken, Bearnaise sacue, Dauphinoise potatoes and mayonnaise! Desserts include Panna cotta, to demonstrate how to work with gelatine, and molten chocolate pudding.

  • Refreshments on arrival
  • All ingredients provided - seasonal and locally sourced
  • Unless otherwise specified classes are 100% hands-on cooking
