A relaxed class to inspire and refresh home entertaining. We will guide you through easy seasonal dishes that can be cooked in advance yet wow your guests!

We talk about preparing ahead and how to cook smarter using methods from professional kitchens.

This class includes freshly baked 10-minute rolls, Keralan fish, Italian Escalopes with Marsala, Tomato and Pesto Tartlets and Molten Chocolate Fondants.

The class culminates in a big lunch with wine.

Class includes:

  • All ingredients provided - seasonal and locally sourced
  • Unless otherwise specified classes are 100% hands-on cooking
