Gentlemen’s Relish – second gear

This course can be enjoyed by complete beginners but aims to introduce some of the great classic skills including bread making, cooking perfect steak and an elegant chicken dish for entertaining.

We will guide you through how to make a perfect Béarnaise sauce and Dauphinoise potatoes to serve with your steak and while we are at it, will also teach you how to make perfect Mayonnaise. No meal is complete without something sweet to finish and this class includes Panna cotta and Molten chocolate pudding. You will leave our kitchen full of new confidence and looking forward to showing off your new skills.
