Our fish classes will introduce you to fantastic fish straight from Billingsgate.
Learn about sustainability, how to identify fresh fish, how to gut and fillet flat and round fish as well as which cooking methods suit which type of fish.
The spring class includes a wonderful aromatic Italian Trout wrapped in Parma ham, a perennial favourite of Swedish salmon and Dill Gratin, Succulent Scottish mussels in saffron and white wine as well as classic fish sauces including Mayonnaise,
