A class to inspire and refresh home entertaining. We will guide you through fresh, contemporary dishes selected for their ease of preparation and visual impact when plated.
We will share tricks of the trade for preparing ahead and how to cook smarter using methods from professional kitchens.
Dishes include Pizzette with new season asparagus and mozzarella, Salad with caramelised tomatoes and capers, new potato rosti with smoked salmon and horse radish cream, Affiogato and more…join us for a morning of easy cooking, oodles of inspiration and a delicious lunch with wine.

The class starts with coffee/tea and something home baked.
