5-day Cooking for Uni and D of E Gold award Easter

As fully approved providers of D of E residential courses our fantastic 5-day course gives students skills and confidence to cook healthy delicious food for life. Each day is dedicated to food suited to a student budget and covers fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, rice, puddings, bread, biscuits and cakes.
The course is a true confidence and team building experience with small classes working in a stunning kitchen with a high ratio of tutors to students. Our location means all the historical, cultural and leisure offers of our world renown city is there for students to enjoy. The course includes fun evening activities ranging from Treasure Hunts around historical Cambridge to cycle picnics and bowling. These are compulsory for D of E students and optional for, and open to, all students opting to do the residential package.
For all other students residential is optional – see below other options for accommodation as alternatives to our residential package which puts students in Homerton college next doors to us.
Each day includes breakfast, elevenses, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner and students will not need any additional meals outside school.
PLEASE NOTE: THE EASTER COURSE FINISHES MID AFTERNOON ON THURSDAY TO GIVE STUDENTS TIME TO TRAVEL BACK HOME FOR EASTER.
