Young Chefs After School Club
Monday, April 22nd, 2013, 4.30pm - 6.00pm
This 8 week course is a longer version of our popular After school program and is one of three different versions we run for secondary school children. If you child has already attended one or two of these courses, check with us that this is the right one to avoid booking the same content twice twice.
Young Chefs can improve their expanding portfolio of dishes, and increase their skills further.
The dates for this term are weekly on Mondays from April to July.
The dates are
22/4, 29/4, 6/5, 13/5, 20/5, 10/6, 17/6, 24/6 and 1/7.
Start time 4.30pm, finishing at 6pm. This 5-week course aims at increasing autonomy in the kitchen and suits 12-15 year old cooks.
Class includes:
- Refreshments on arrival
- All ingredients provided - seasonal and locally sourced
- Unless otherwise specified classes are 100% hands-on cooking
- Copies of recipes
- All clearing away done by our wonderful team!
