Eat Cambridge Festival special – introduction to Sour Dough

Sunday, May 18th, 2014, 11-2.30

RETURNS FOR A SECOND YEAR!

A one-off opportunity (well two, actually!) at a one-off price!

Two 90-minute mini master classes by Artisan baker and founder of Cambridge Cookery School Tine Roche. Tine grew up with Scandinavian rye and sour dough and her teaching peels away much of the mystery surrounding the “king of breads”. You will learn all there is to know about the amazing qualities of sour dough, you will bake a loaf to bring home and you will also leave with your own lively starter for years of successful sour dough baking to come.

Tickets will not be released until the official Eat Cambridge program is out. Last year our classes sold out in hours – Follow us on Twitter @ccookeryschool to find out when bookings open and book early to avoid disappointment!

Until I did a sour dough class I had no idea just how healthy and amazing this bread is. I am hooked and the proud carer of a healthy starter! Kim
