Sourdough master class

A wonderful introduction to the ancient art of sourdough – the most delicious, healthy and special of breads. Our artisan bakers know how to share their knowledge in a manner designed to de-mystify the process and revealing just how “doable” sour dough is for the home baker. Sour dough not only offers a better tasting bread and a fantastic crust, it is also low in GI, easy on the gut and a super healthy, complex carbohydrate. What’s not to like?
We start by gathering around morning coffee or tea with something freshly baked and enjoy a light lunch with freshly made bread while the final trays of bread bake.
The class includes full recipe pack, instructions on how to create successful starters as well as a healthy Cookery School starter to bring home.
