Directions from train station.
Walk down Station Road and turn left onto Hills Road. Follow the road over the railway bridge until the traffic lights (Hills Road/Cherry Hinton Road). Cross over the lights and then cross the pedestrian crossing in front of Hills Road Sixth Form college. After the college, turn right into Purbeck Road. The Michael Young Centre is at the far end. Turn into the centre and Unit 9D is in The Imre Building. Follow the road down to the end, and Cambridge Cookery School is on the right-hand-side.

By Car
There is NO PARKING on site for daytime courses. There is a NCP multi-storey car park at the Cambridge Leisure Park on Clifton Way which is only a five/ten minute walk away from the School.

For evening courses follow these instructions to get to the School:

Turn off the M11 at junction 11 (signposted: Cambridge South A1309) and head towards Cambridge through Trumpington following signs to the city centre (get into the right hand lane immediately on coming off the motorway). After one and a half miles turn right into Long Road at the traffic lights, signposted Addenbrooke’s Hospital ring road. After one mile turn left at the traffic lights (a major cross road) signposted City Centre and Railway Station into Hills Road. Approximately half a mile along Hills Road on the left hand side approximately 150 metres before the junction with Cherry Hinton Road which is controlled by traffic lights, turn left into Purbeck Road. The Michael Young Centre is at the far end. Turn into the centre and Unit 9D is in The Imre Building. Follow the road down to the end, and Cambridge Cookery School is on the right-hand-side. There are parking spaces outside.

By Bus
From the city centre – Emmanuel Street (next to Drummer Street Bus Station).
Stop E1 for the Citi 1 or Citi 7 buses which stop directly opposite Hills Road Sixth Form College. Journey time is approximately 11 minutes.

Parking
There is no parking on site for daytime courses. There are several residential streets off Hills Road where you are able to park your car which are just a 5 minute walk from the school. There is also a multi-storey NCP car park at the Cambridge Leisure Park nearby. For evening classes and weekends, there are a few spaces located directly outside the School. STRICTLY NO PARKING TO FRONT OF THE MICHAEL YOUNG CENTRE on Purbeck Road. Clamping is in force on these spaces. CCS accept no responsibility for clamping fees that may be charged if parked in these spaces.
