Cambridge Cookery School
Rekindle your love of tasty home-cooked food at the Cambridge Cookery School. We aim to inspire real, everyday cooking through simple, tasty recipes. We’re passionate about good simple food, made with fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.
Good food is a central part of quality of life, and at the Cambridge Cookery School we can help ensure every meal is a delight. Cooking for family and friends should be a joy, and we hope to inspire and enthuse our students to produce fantastic food and enjoy every minute.
Our style is straight-forward and contemporary. You will gain essential skills such as baking your own bread, serving up a perfect roast chicken, making a fantastic soup, plus learn how to create delicious leftover suppers or impressive dinner party dishes.
Our daytime classes offer structured, hands-on tuition in small groups and culminate in a lovely lunch. They are run from a stunning private contemporary kitchen in central Cambridge and offer plenty of opportunity to ask questions, acquire knife skills and cook some delicious new recipes.
Our Friday Night Cookery Club are all run at The Centre at St Paul’s on Hill’s Road. The Friday Nights are fun, sociable occasions where great food is enjoyed and new friends are made. Come along on your own or go with a group of friends or colleagues.
Our corporate courses focus on team building and positive thinking as well as giving new skills in the kitchen.

“Being able to cook for friends and family is hugely satisfying. Preparing dishes from simple, local ingredients makes a lot of sense and brings so much pleasure. We want to bring real food, lovingly prepared, back to the heart of the home and to the forefront of people’s enjoyment of everyday life.”
Tine Roche, Head Chef, Cambridge Cookery School.
